Terms & Conditions

Who we are
Sploosh! is made by Dean Chew, an independent developer in the United Kingdom. These terms cover the Sploosh! app for iPhone and Apple Watch, and this website. Your licence to use the app is Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to it and do not replace it; if the two ever disagree, Apple's agreement wins.
What is free
Sploosh! is free to download, with Water beads and Water to play with for as long as you like. You can also try the other splooshes for a short while, and get a few free uses of Mix a Sploosh, Make a Track, Make a Background and Photo Backgrounds. The app shows how many you have left.
Purchases
Everything else is an in-app purchase through the App Store. Each one is a one-time purchase: you buy it once and keep it, on your iPhone and your Apple Watch, through your Apple Account. Family Sharing is on, so the people in your family group can use them too. Apple handles payment, prices, tax and refunds; to ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. The app can restore your purchases on a new device.
What you make
The splooshes you mix, the tracks and backgrounds you make, and the photos you use are yours, and they stay on your device. Mix a Sploosh, Make a Track and Make a Background use Apple's on-device models, which can get things wrong or surprise you. Please do not use them to make anything unlawful or hurtful.
Play sensibly
Sploosh! is for fun. Hold on to your iPhone when you shake it, and mind where you are when you do.
No guarantees
We work hard to make Sploosh! good, but it is provided as it is, and we cannot promise it will always work without a hitch or stay available forever. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect loss from using it. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have by law as a consumer.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
The law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live somewhere else, you keep the protections your local law gives you.
